Our products are sold and delivered EXW (Ex works)

The goods become property of the customer at the moment of the bank card is successfully produced.

The transport prices announced on our website include the expenses of delivery in front of your delivery address .

The transport of your parcel:

For articles in stock, parcel are sent maximum 96 hours after reception of your payment, they will be at home normally within 10 working days after shipping.

For articles to order not in stock which require the manufacturing of the piece of furniture, a deadline from 12 to 14 weeks is necessary. We shall hold you well on informed of the state of your order by e-mail or by telephone. They will be delivered outside of your building or house, by the carrier whom we propose yo

The mode of delivery standard is insured by our partner specialized carrier.

Transport fees:

The freight costs include the packaging, the handling and the transport costs. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or to the weight of your order. We advise you to group together your purchases in a unique order to lower the costs. We cannot group two different orders and you will have to settle postal charges for each of them.

A particular care is brought to the parcel containing fragile items.

Damaged parcels:

Parcels are oversized and protected. We ask you to verify during the delivery if every parcel are present according to your order and to inspect the condition. If damage is visible on the parcel, please mention it on the delivery slip. That is why we recommendyou to verify the goods before signing the delivery slip. The reserves must be confirmed with the carrier by registered letter with recorded delivery in three working days following the delivery of products. A copy will be sent to happyfewinteriors Ltd If you notice damage, you have to refuse the goods or emit precise written reserves, signed and dated on the delivery slip. Any damage not declared on the delivery slip cannot be taken into account by Piperfurniture ltd without these mentions.

In case of delays, total or partial losses, or of some other problem, it is up to the customer to exercise any appeal with the carrier without that the responsibility of happyfewinteriors Ltd. can be questioned.


In the case you received a damaged object, you have to refuse the object. In that case, we shall take care to deliver you a new object.

In the case of the exercise of the right of retraction in 10 days after reception of your order, the returns are at your expense, products have to be in their original packing, and not used. In that case transports costs forth and back will remain at customers cost. Some re-packing and re-stock fees could be deducted to the refund.
